Lake Clark National Park, Alaska Edition Total 100 Item: 2019_03
As the sun was starting to set, I noticed this large female brown bear working her way from the forest to the beach. The bears make this journey every day to dig for clams on the beach after the tide recedes. I sat patiently, hoping that she would cross in front of these magnificent rocks and into the late afternoon light. Watching brown bears in Lake Clark is a truly amazing experience.
